Welcome to Global Youth Transformative Aid abbreviated GYTA, we are a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering youth and women through agriculture, entrepreneurship, and economic development. Our work is rooted in the belief that sustainable livelihoods, skills development, and access to opportunities can transform communities, reduce poverty, and foster lasting peace. Thus, we are bent on equipping young people and women with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to thrive in agriculture and business, enabling them to become self-reliant, productive, and socially responsible citizens. We envision a world where youth and women are economically empowered, resilient, and leading sustainable development in their communities.
In many communities, young people face unemployment and limited opportunities, while women and girls often struggle to access resources and economic independence. Smallholder farmers frequently lack modern skills, inputs, and access to markets. We exist to bridge these gaps through training, mentorship, and access to economic opportunities, turning challenges into pathways for growth and prosperity. Thus, we provide hands-on training in modern agriculture and livestock management, equipping youth and women to run profitable agribusinesses. We prepare young people to become self-reliant entrepreneurs and skilled professionals in the agricultural sector and beyond. We empower women and girls to overcome economic barriers, access resources, and lead sustainable livelihoods. And we work with cooperatives, Common Initiative Groups (CIGs), and conflict-affected communities to foster collective growth and resilience. Every program is designed to create measurable impact, lasting change, and sustainable livelihoods. By partnering with us, you invest directly in youth, women, and communities ready to transform their futures through agriculture and enterprise.
